We developed St Austell Business Park, a fresh space for business to boom. We wanted to build a special space. A space where everyone – from conference speakers and day-visiting delegates to long term business tenants – could be inspired by a building that gave them more.The sort of place you enjoy being in, the sort of place where you feel happy and healthy, the sort of place that makes you more productive and inspires you to be brilliant.
The story of St Austell Business Park
Outgrowing premises in town after 30 years, we acquired this site as the new headquarters for St Austell Printing. A single glance at the awe-inspiring panoramas of St Austell bay sparked a greater ambition, a desire to innovate, a passion to pioneer…
We saw a chance to give something back. A chance to help the local economy, and a new way to make a difference in business.
We wanted to build a special space. A space where everyone – from conference speakers and day-visiting delegates to long term business tenants – could be inspired by a building that gave them more.
And that’s what we’ve done. Inside and out, our floor to ceiling windows, contemporary cedar cladding, abundant plantlife and communal courtyards don’t just make a good impression; they make good business sense too.
My vision has been to construct the most sustainable, economical, high-quality building we can, with outstanding design and landscaping. Not a soulless industrial unit, but one with a heart. A place that is healthy, safe, productive and inspiring; a build we can all be proud of.
