Outgrowing premises in town, we acquired this site as the new headquarters for St Austell Printing Company (SAPC) and developed St Austell Business Park. A fresh space for business to boom through mutual support and collaborations in a gathering of small businesses.
We built a brand new print factory where cutting edge equipment, first class print knowledge and an inspiring work place combine.
My vision has been to construct the most sustainable, economical, high-quality building we can, with outstanding design and landscaping. Not a soulless industrial unit, but one with a heart. A place that is healthy, safe, productive and inspiring; a build we can all be proud of.
